For this reason, the existing vinyl assortment was expanded at the beginning of the year to include wide planks with a wear layer of 0.3mm. The product range includes nine new oak decors, which can be laid with an abrasion class of AC3 in both private and moderately commercial areas. As is usual with the existing CHECK one floors, the new wide floorboards have a mineral, plasticizer-free backing board. Meaning they are more rigid and more resistant to heat than conventional vinyl flooring, this also makes laying directly in front of floor-to-ceiling windows and in residential conservatories possible. The lack of plasticizers also gives better health benefits. .
In a test of the magazine "Do-It-Yourself practice" the CHECK one was awarded the rating 1.4 (very good - good) and was particularly strong in the areas of durability, click-connections and surface properties.
