As already announced last year, we have addressed specific customer needs and increased our production capacity at our new site. In addition, we expanded our partner network at the beginning of this year, which now provides even faster delivery.
New warehouse in Gelsenkirchen
"Due to the growing cooperation between us and our customers and our success in recent years, we decided to build a central warehouse last year," says Andreas Koczwara. The warehouse stocks more than 800 different products, which are always available and are shipped to our customers using over 10 delivery vans each day. Thanks to well thought-out planning and location allocation, all warehouses are easily accessible, guaranteeing quick access to the products and fast delivery. The central location in the Ruhr area and the connection to Highway 42 also facilitate a worldwide delivery service.
Expanding the range of partners for a faster delivery
In order to ensure that the goods reach our customers on time, we have extended our partner network to include three regular partners. One of them belongs to the "Top 5 service providers" worldwide. With more than 1,000 branches in 75 countries, this partner enables short-term delivery - even abroad. It doesn't matter whether it's a general cargo, part load or full load.
"We deliver even the smallest unit to our customers on request, because order picking and flexibility are our competitive advantage," says Andreas Koczwara. For a small surcharge, next-day delivery is also possible. To ensure that the delivery process remains transparent at all times, our customers can use e-mail targeting, among other features.
