Since the beginning of the year, we have optimized our sales department, which allows for an even closer cooperation between you and our customer service.
In addition to general and technical support, assistance in the preparation and follow-up of appointments and customer acquisition, our sales department also coordinates new store openings or conversions and handles complaints. This is achieved in close cooperation with the sales representatives. This enables our customer service department to focus exclusively on you and to deal with your request even more professionally and intensively.
The sales team - consisting of Jörg Torkler, Sabrina Rode (new since 1 May), Katharina Schlinke and Nils Schröder (from left to right) - is looking forward to working with you and our customer service team on joint ventures!
